

Next issue, when I click on Reason 9 to open I get a popup saying "Windows failed to load custom fonts". Was finally able to get authorizer open, I de-authorized then re-authorized on this computer.

I had to download the authorizer app from PH website. It's crazy, I cannot find any info on a phrem app, phrem protocol, phrem extension, etc for Firefox. You might want to try with another browser and see if it fixes the problem? Alternately, when you get the "the link needs to be opened with an app" message, there should be an option to select which program to launch: if there is, select Authorizer manually and it should work. It seems your Firefox install hasn't got the proper registration associations. "phrem" is a protocol that tells the browser which app to launch (specifically, it should launch Authorizer).
